(More customer reviews)I've never written a review on a product before. BUT, I just had to comment on this wine opener. I just tried it for the first time this evening...IT WORKS SOOOO EASY!! IT IS UNBELIEVEABLE!! Just put it over your bottle, press the down arrow and hold it there...it lowers the screw into the cork and retracts the cork out in one easy motion. Then press the up arrow and the screw automatically unwinds throw the cork and the cork just pops into your hand. Magnificent piece work. Every wine lover should own one. I just ordered another one for my brother-in-law
