When I ordered the 5-Piece Cherry Tone Wood Wine Basics Set from Harborside Color via Amazon, I knew to expect that for this price, the box would be a thin laminate or veneering with a cherry tone finish rather than a box made of cherry wood.
Although there was a small issue with the box upon receipt, once I made actual contact with the company, Lib and her staff made sure the problem was corrected in a timely manner and met my expectations for the item I ordered. They exceeded my expectations and restored my faith in being able to find companies that still value exercising great customer service.
The fifth star given in this review is solely a result of that customer service and the assured handling of this entire process.
