(More customer reviews)I have been using this product heavily for about a year and love it but it stopped working. Response by True Fabrications has been swift and they took care of the issue immediately. I have never used a wine opener that was easier to use. It requires so little strength to operate I would think it would be great for anyone, but especially for anybody with less strength in their hands. Thanks to the people at True Fabrications for their professional and concerned response.
