(More customer reviews)I purchased this corkscrew as a gift for a friend along with a few other unusual kitchen items and this was by far the best made of the bunch.
It is heavy, substantial, and definitely feels like it should last for a few years. My friend was extremely pleased with the way it sits upright next to her wine bottles and I thought the silicone body felt comfortable when gripping the bird.
My friend's husband was familiar with Boston Warehouse design and said, "Man, would I ever like to work at that place!" He's an artist and furniture designer and thought that the BW design team was probably having a ton of fun dreaming up quirky kitchen tools.
