(More customer reviews)I bought this item for my wife who has arthritis in her hands. It requires two hands to operate, but it is phenomenal. Uses standard AA batteries which seem to last a long time. One hand needs to hole the larger part of the bottle to keep it from twisting while the other hand holds the cork screw drill and pushes the button. When done, you simply use the reverse button and the cork unscrews out of the tool. We have had this about a year and we love it.
