(More customer reviews)I would expect a wine opener to be able to open a bottle of wine. The packaging was a mess leaving the wife and I searching for missing parts. We decided to try to open a bottle of wine. After 3 tries we gave up. It basically pushed the bottle out the bottom of the opener with the cork still in tact. I would rather pick the cork apart with a toothpick.
