(More customer reviews)The product itself was in good condition. The retail box it came in looked like it was 10 yrs. old and was damaged. I ended up taking the product out of the box before giving it as a gift. My only real complaint is the items are so snug in the case they are very hard to get out. Anyone who is elderly. lacks hand strength and/or has medical issues with their hands would not be able to get them out. Had I known this before I purchased I would have looked for another product.
