(More customer reviews)We received this item as a gift. It is a beautiful wine opener. The guide slug breaks easily and no replacements can be found. Open a few bottles of wine, the slug breaks, use the one replacement included in the box, open a few more bottle, the slug breaks. Now it is a decorator item.
