(More customer reviews)This wine opener is great. I think anyone who does not like it is not operating it correctly. I have had this opener for over 6 months. I recieved it as a gift and it has never failed. It took some getting used to, but once I understood how it worked I will never go back to my old opener. Yes, you do have to hold the bottle with one hand so it doesnt spin, but that is it! Just hold down the down arrow until the cork is out; and there it is! Then hold down the up arrow and out the cork drops. It is simple and easy.
