(More customer reviews)This is a single use product. Once a cork has been pulled from a bottle, there is no way to remove the cork from the screw. The instructions say to twist counterclockwise, which simply rotates the cork and the screw and does not unscrew the cork. It is impossible to grab the cork with fingers to keep it from turning while unscrewing. You need to grab the cork with needlenose pliers to hold it while turning the screw. Absolute example of a product that was never actually used by the designer or manufacturer. I'm out only $10, but an infuriating product. DO NOT BUY.
