(More customer reviews)Struggling with the other types of openers wasn't really a problem but my wife found them difficult, so this was a present.
Using it is a piece of cake!
Cut off the foil - hold the opener on top with one hand and the bottle with the other and press the rocker switch.
Whirrrr until it stops ... and you will find that the cork is completely off!
OK, now for the "hard" part - getting rid of the cork. Reverse the rocker switch and whirr (aim at the trash can) and the cork "pop"s out into the trash.
Pour, sit back and savor the wine.
Quick and easy!
I drink a lot more wine now!
I have the typical corkscrew, the corkscrew where you turn the center screw and the handles come up and you lever them down to pull the cork, and the restaurant style that levers the cork out, the rabbit style, the two flat prong style, and have tried and tossed the air pump type... and this beats the others hands down.
More expensive, but if you can afford it and drink a lot of wine (and we are drinking more now) then it is well worth the cost.
BTW - It has opened 12 to 15 bottles on the first overnight charge and is still going strong.
A great product, and if you haven't guessed - I recommend it! And hey, I'll even drink to it!
